Who we are
Tallahassee Fence Pros is a free referral service for fence installation and repair in and around Tallahassee, Florida, operated by Luviverse LLC, mailing address 1430 Gadsden Highway, STE 116 UNIT 2619, Birmingham, AL 35235. We connect homeowners and property owners with one licensed local fence contractor. We do not install fences ourselves.
What we collect
The answers you give in the quote form (project type, material, approximate length, timing), the ZIP code of the property, your first name and your phone number, and your consent choice. We also record the page you sent the request from, the ad or campaign that brought you here if any (for example a Google click ID or UTM tags in the address), and the time of your request.
How we use it
To check whether a contractor serves your area and to pass your request to one local fence contractor, who contacts you about your project by call or text. If no contractor serves your area yet, we keep your request so we can tell you when one does, and we do not pass it to anyone else.
Who we share it with
With one fence contractor for your area, and with service providers that host this website, store data and deliver messages on our behalf. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Calls and texts
By checking the consent box and sending the form you agree that we and the contractor we pass your request to may call or text you at the number you gave about your request, including with autodialed calls or texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not run its own visitor analytics and sets no tracking cookies of its own. To measure which ads bring requests, the page loads the Google Ads tag when you arrive from a Google ad and when you send a request; it may set a cookie, and Google handles that data under its own privacy policy. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or you visit from the EU, the UK or Switzerland, the Google Ads tag is not loaded. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request and the follow-up, then we delete it or keep only what the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what we store about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or stop all contact by telling us or the contractor, or by replying STOP to any text you receive about your request.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Children
This service is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
